I create a massage specifically addressing your needs by focusing on your area of concern and utilising various massage techniques. Such as, Myofascial Release or Relaxation and Deep-tissue massage or Foot Reflexology or Visceral Manipulation.

Foot Reflexology
A primary benefit of Reflexology is relaxation, which helps the body return to a state of balance, or homeostasis, and function more efficiently! Reflexology promotes balance, reduces stress, and improves circulation which improves the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the cells of the body.
I don't diagnose or treat specific illnesses and I do not prescribe or adjust medications. Reflexology is not a substitute for medical treatment, but may compliment most types of treatment

Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is used to locate and solve problems throughout the body. It encourages your own natural mechanisms to improve the functioning of your organs, dissipate the negative effects of stress, enhance mobility of the musculoskeletal system through the connective tissue attachments and influence general metabolism.
Visceral manipulation may relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and may help with back pain and sciatica.

We understand that sometimes issues occur. It helps us a great deal if you call or message to let us know you’re running late. We will do our best to accommodate you. However please note if you arrive late your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually provided, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Policy:
Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation by phoning us on 021 022 99406
If no notice is given for your appointment you will be invoiced the cancellation fee of the full cost of your massage appointment.
