Foot Reflexology

A primary benefit of Reflexology is relaxation, which helps the body return to a state of balance, or homeostasis, and function more efficiently! Reflexology promotes balance, reduces stress, and improves circulation which improves the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the cells of the body.
I don't diagnose or treat specific illnesses and I do not prescribe or adjust medications. Reflexology is not a substitute for medical treatment, but may compliment most types of treatment

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is used to locate and solve problems throughout the body. It encourages your own natural mechanisms to improve the functioning of your organs, dissipate the negative effects of stress, enhance mobility of the musculoskeletal system through the connective tissue attachments and influence general metabolism.

Visceral manipulation may relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and may help with back pain and sciatica.

When a client doesn’t make it to a scheduled appointment, this is time another patient could have taken to receive the care they need. Please help us deliver the care our patients need as efficiently as possible.

Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us ASAP (at least 24hours notice)
You will be charged a cancellation or reschedule fee.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be changed a no show fee

Massage Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to your appointment, you can pay the full fee and get the time that is left for your session, or re-schedule for another day.
